What counts as a transaction each month?
A transaction includes sales, expenses, deposits, withdrawals, e-transfers, bill payments,
merchant deposits, and bank fees. We can review your activity and confirm the best package for you.
What happens if I exceed my transaction limit?
If you go slightly over, we’ll let you know and recommend the simplest option—either a one-time adjustment
or a package change if it becomes consistent.
Is HST filing included?
Yes. HST filing is included in the packages where noted. If you’re unsure whether you need to register
or file, we’ll review this during onboarding.
Can I change packages as my business grows?
Absolutely. As your needs change, we can move you between packages so you’re always receiving the
right level of support.
Do you offer payroll and CRA support?
Yes. Payroll, CRA account monitoring, source deductions, WSIB, AR collection calls,
and internal correspondence can be added based on your needs.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
We work with commonly used bookkeeping platforms such as QuickBooks Online.
If you already use a system, we’ll adapt and make recommendations as needed.
